Johnny Farrow, MD
Dr. Johnny Farrow is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. He has over 30 years of medical practice experience. After graduating from East Carolina University School of Medicine, he completed emergency medicine residency at University Medical Center, now ECU Health, in Greenville, North Carolina. Dr. Farrow is experienced in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Aesthetic Medicine and Laser Procedures. He owned and operated the first medical spa on the Outer Banks from 2000 through 2011.
Sara Farrow, RN

Sara is a Registered Nurse who graduated from East Carolina University School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. Sara has experience in Aesthetic Medicine and Laser Procedures as well as having worked in the Surgical ICU at ECU Health, Home Health, Urgent Care, and Family Medicine. In addition to working at OBX Laser Skin & Vein, Sara is also proud to serve as an RN at Outer Banks Health Ambulatory Medical Unit.
